The modern design caught my eye. Very clean and tidy. Staff were helpful. Though the check-in took a bit longer than expected. Room size was decent, and I appreciated the complimentary welcome drink to kick off my stay!

The bar area was quite small, making it a bit cramped during peak hours.

Came in Hamburg to relax and have fun, this fashionable hotel was perfect base for doing it. That venue was in a convenient location, in the immediate area. Bakery Brot & broetchen located 1 km away was a nice surprise...

Lack of in-room storage makes prolonged stays a hassle!!! Noise from the lobby can disrupt your peace, particularly during busy times!!! Overall cleanliness upon check-in left something to be desired!!!

Unboxing my experience

The rooms were roomy and the air conditioning was effective. Staff were very good, even providing free treats during checkout. The lively atmosphere in the lobby was a perfect spot to mingle and unwind. A great choice for energetic travelers!

The vibe here is perfect for a group vacation, and the bar area is fun. We visited the Cruise Center and St Pauli Piers, both amazing spots to check out. The breakfast was delicious too!

Although the overall experience was fantastic, I noticed the mattress could use some improvement as it felt a bit too soft for my liking.

With 7 kids in tow, the cozy lobby made for a fun gathering spot at the start and end of our busy days exploring Hamburg. We enjoyed checking out the vibrant St Pauli Piers, a hit for the whole family.

My kids wished there was a little more in-room storage.

the staff were pretty good, super helpful with our lost luggage. parking was either horrible or terribly expensve.

Spacious rooms with cool design. Bar had great options. Wi-Fi was slow at times.

The atmosphere in the hotel is a highlight, with a stylish bar area and warm, welcoming staff. A bit challenging to navigate luggage due to some steep ramps, but the breakfast was good, and the location near Berliner Tor makes it easy to get around Hamburg.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, with a powerful shower, and the bar area was an inviting space to unwind. Great location too, just a short walk from the Berliner Tor station.

This place has attentive staff, a magnificent location in the immediate area, and excellent breakfast choices.

The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable in a very quiet area in St Georg. the twin room was included with a bar or television. - Helpful staff. - Sensational and great breakfast with vegan options that lived up to my expectations.
